Woohoo…. it’s now time to really start your journey…

This week is your kick start week.

This week we start to introduce a variety of foods into the body including lots of fruit, vegetables, lean meats, healthy fats and dairy free yoghurts (which foods depends on your program).

This encourages the start of the body’s healing process and where the body starts to rid the system of toxins.

You are motivated and excited to get going and this week will not disappoint.
